Welder Training Program Evening Welding Program

Looking for a career in welding but need the training and certifications to get started?

Tri-Rivers Career Center Adult Education is actively accepting applications for our Evening Welding, Fabrication, and Allied Process Program.

This 650-hour, hands-on training program is designed for adults who want to build the skills employers are looking for while preparing to earn up to 11 AWS industry certifications.

Classes are held in the evening, making this a great option for individuals who are currently working, changing careers, or ready to enter the skilled trades.

Students receive hands-on training in:

• SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding)

• FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding)

• GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding/MIG)

• GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding/TIG)

• Structural Fabrication

• Intro to Pipe Welding

• Oxy Fuel Cutting

• Carbon Arc Cutting and Gouging

• Weld Print Reading

• Intro to Lincoln/FANUC Robotic Welding

• Math for Welders

• Lab Safety

• OSHA 10 Safety Certification

• Employability and Job Search Skills

5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Orientation: October 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Program Start: October 5, 2026
Program End: June 18, 2027
Enrollment Deadline: January 15, 2027

Total Tuition and Fees: $13,565
Tuition: $2,750 per quarter
Application Fee: $95
Lab Fee: $400
Supplies, Textbooks & Testing: $2,070

Financial aid is available to eligible applicants.

Each quarter's tuition is due before the first day of the quarter.
