As a Sales Consultant at Ashley | The Wellsville Group, you will guide customers through their home furnishing purchases while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In this retail Sales & Business Development role, you’ll build relationships, understand customer needs, and present tailored furniture and mattress solutions that align with their style and budget. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through effective selling and follow-up. Use POS systems to process sales, returns, and financing accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, well-merchandised showroom that reflects Ashley brand standards. Collaborate with team members and leadership to support promotions and store events. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business. Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and improve sales skills.
