Family Practice - With OB Physician

Locums - Family Practice Physician opportunity to work in clinic within Eastern Oklahoma - near Fort Smith, AR.

• Start ASAP for 3 months min - last locums lasted over a year if desired
• Full Time - Mon-Fri - can be 4/10's or 5/8's
• Primary Care duties - must be able to see all ages
• Outpatient Clinic only
• Competitive Rate, Mileage, Malpractice provided
• 1099 - No benefits
• Must have 1 year experience in primary care setting
• Must have OK license, DEA, OBDNN, BLS, and up to date vaccine records in hand
