MLee Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join a dynamic team at a reputable hospital located approximately 1 hour from Wakita, Oklahoma. We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for this position!
Compensation:

• Starting at $25.00 per hour, with potential earnings up to $48.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications, plus shift differentials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment to analyze samples and ensure accurate test results.
• Uphold rigorous quality control standards by following established procedures and protocols.
• Perform complex diagnostic testing on patient samples with a high degree of scientific accuracy and attention to detail.

Schedule:

• This position features a 7 on, 7 off schedule with 12-hour night shifts, making it an excellent fit for professionals seeking a role in a small, close-knit, rural hospital environment.

Requirements:

• Certification by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).
• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a closely related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
