Security Shift Supervisor

Ready to step into a leadership role as a Full‑Time Security Shift Supervisor? This position requires someone who can adapt quickly, handle changing priorities, and stay steady in fast‑moving situations. Each day can bring something different—customer service, patrols, surveillance, or overseeing officers—so flexibility is key.

• Schedule: Wednesday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Pay: $17 per hour

• DailyPay available for all employees

• Monitor and secure the premises

• Conduct patrols and identify suspicious activity

• Control access points and verify identification

• Respond quickly to incidents or threats

• Provide strong customer service while maintaining safety

• Complete detailed incident and activity reports

• Work with authorities when needed

• Ensure the safety of people and property

• Supervise and support officers during assigned shifts

• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver's license

• At least 21 years old

• Able to pass all screening requirements

• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills

• Prior Shift Supervisor or Lead experience required

• Minimum 2 years of security experience (military or law enforcement highly valued)

• CLEET license or ability to obtain one
