Role Description
As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on leader to own and elevate our entire operational engine, from sourcing to final customer delivery. You will directly impact customer satisfaction, delivery performance, and company growth by ensuring the right products are sourced, built, shipped, and delivered on time and without friction. What You'll Own
End-to-end customer delivery
- Own the full lifecycle: purchasing ? production ? logistics ? fulfillment ? delivery
- Ensure customers receive the right product, on time, every time
- Turn operational performance into a competitive advantage
Supply chain strategy
- Build and refine a supply chain that is cost-effective, reliable, and scalable
- Balance inventory, lead times, and demand to improve service levels
- Align operations tightly with sales forecasts and growth plans
Vendors & logistics
- Own relationships with carriers like FedEx and UPS
- Improve transit times, reduce costs, and increase reliability
- Manage and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
Customs & trade expertise
- Act as the in-house expert on import/export operations
- Ensure compliance while minimizing delays and friction
- Make critical decisions on classifications, duties, and trade strategy
Lead a high-impact team
- Team lead for a small, cross-cultural team across our US and Puerto Vallarta offices
- Build accountability, ownership, and a strong customer-first mindset
- Elevate team performance as the company grows
Drive continuous improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and fix them
- Improve systems (ERP/MRP), processes, and visibility
- Reduce errors, shorten lead times, and improve customer outcomes

Qualifications
Active U.S. Customs Broker License (preferred)
Fluent in Spanish and English
7–12+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations leadership
Experience owning end-to-end supply chain execution
Strong negotiation experience with carriers and vendors
Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance
