Business Banking Relationship Manager

In this role you help business clients achieve their financial goals by delivering expert banking solutions and building trusted relationships. You will advise on deposit and loan products, assess client needs, and coordinate cross-functional support. You'll grow new and existing relationships with tailored financial solutions, applying your underwriting and analytical skills. This position offers exposure to a broad product suite in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

• Build and manage new and existing client relationships with business clients
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services
• Assess and process client and account information
• Recommend financial solutions based on clients' goals
• Serve as the primary advisor delivering financial expertise and client-centric solutions
• Collaborate across the company to manage customer relationships and deliver cross-functional support

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five to seven years of relevant experience
• Strong relationship management and business development abilities
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
• Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting (preferred)
• Understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services
