Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Teletherapy Supervisor (Oregon School Contract)

Are you burnt out on providing direct therapy but have years of experience navigating IEP systems? This position includes minimal direct therapy and leans heavily on your expertise to mentor an SLPA and complete IEP documentation and evaluations.

Valley Speech Pathology is a therapist-owned company seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services and supervise an SLPA within an Oregon school district. Position Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Dates: School Year
  • Setting: Oregon school district (teletherapy with SLPA support onsite)
  • Pay: $50-$55/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise assigned SLPA in accordance with Oregon state requirements
  • Coordinate service delivery model with SLPA to ensure students receive consistent, high-quality therapy
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and complete IEP-compliant reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
  • Maintain supervision documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Communicate consistently with school staff, families, and the Valley Speech team

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Oregon SLP license
  • ASHA CCCs required
  • Prior experience supervising SLPAs preferred
  • School-based experience required
  • Strong understanding of compliance, documentation, and service delivery in school settings
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
