Provide critical care and consultation for patients with life-threatening neurological illness and injury in the Neuroscience ICU and Neurohospitalist service. Diagnose and manage complex neurological conditions, teach and mentor trainees and support staff, and may participate in research, scholarship, and departmental service. Diagnose and manage patients with life-threatening neurological illness and injury. Provide patient care and coverage in the Neuroscience ICU and Neurohospitalist consultation service. Cover assigned day, night, and weekend shifts. Teach and mentor trainees and support staff through lectures and clinical practice. Maintain professional and regulatory standards in patient care and interactions. May participate in scholarly research, education development, public service, and departmental administration.
