Human Resources - Senior Human Resources Business Partner

In this Senior HRBP role, you align people strategies with business goals across multi-state operations, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders from front-line managers to executives. You will shape workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and leadership development to drive sustainable growth and compliance. You'll navigate complex staffing and change initiatives, translating business needs into practical, people-focused solutions. • Build and sustain trusted relationships with managers and leaders; provide proactive coaching aligned with business objectives
• Translate business priorities into actionable people plans, including workforce planning and retention/succession strategies
• Lead organizational changes, restructures, and workforce transitions; advise on change management and communications
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Dayforce, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Legal on changes and system updates
• Guide IDPs, career development plans, leadership development actions, and performance improvement processes
• Lead talent reviews, calibration, and succession planning; convert outcomes into action plans
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, investigations, and compliance with laws and policies
• Collaborate with HR functions on staffing, descriptions, offers, and transitions; leverage analytics for decisions
• Foster continuous improvement in HR processes and documentation

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP, employee relations, and leadership coaching background
• Experience supporting reorganizations, workforce transitions, performance management, development plans, and succession planning
• Working knowledge of California employment laws; multi-state experience preferred
• Experience partnering with executives and dispersed teams; strong business acumen and influence across levels
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR preferred; valid driver's license required
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience
