Position Overview

A growing, privately held building products manufacturer is seeking a Marketing Director to join its leadership team. This high-impact role will lead marketing strategy, product launches, digital initiatives, and brand development while helping drive the company's next phase of growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy.
• Lead website, branding, SEO, digital marketing, and content initiatives.
• Drive new product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Support specification-driven sales efforts with architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign performance.
• Partner with ownership and leadership on growth initiatives.
• Mentor internal marketing resources while remaining actively involved in execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience within building products or related manufacturing industries.
• Understanding of the architectural specification process.
• Experience with HubSpot, digital marketing, and website management.
• Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be located within commuting distance of Doylestown, PA.
