Executive Role – AI Strategy & Innovation Lead / Senior AI/ML Engineer & Lead DataScientists Work Location: Philadelphia Remote, ****Need 12+ Years experience only ********* Email to : Balakrishna Reddy Role Overview We are launching a strategic enterprise AI transformation initiative and are seeking an Executive AI Strategy & Innovation Lead to partner with the CIO, business leaders, and technology teams. This role will drive AI adoption across the enterprise, define the AI roadmap, and ensure successful design and deployment of scalable, production-grade AI solutions aligned with a modern, multi-cloud and multi-model AI ecosystem. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on guidance, operating as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. Key Objectives Define and drive enterprise AI strategy and roadmap Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across business functions Establish scalable architecture, governance, and agentic AI frameworks Accelerate delivery of production-ready AI solutions Bridge business vision with technical execution Program Context The AI initiative will be built leveraging: Azure AI Foundry & Azure OpenAI Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Semantic Models) Azure SQL Databases Azure APIs & Microservices Dynamics CRM & SharePoint Enterprise-grade governance and secure cloud architecture Additionally, the environment will evolve toward: Multi-hyperscaler AI capabilities (Azure, AWS, GCP) Multi-model orchestration (OpenAI, open-source, domain-specific models) Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous workflows Key Responsibilities Executive Leadership & Strategy Partner with CIO and leadership to define enterprise AI vision and adoption strategy Identify and prioritize AI-led transformation opportunities Define KPIs, value realization models, and ROI tracking Establish Responsible AI, governance, and risk frameworks AI Architecture & Solution Oversight Define enterprise AI reference architecture across multi-cloud environments Guide design of: LLM-based solutions (RAG, copilots, intelligent workflows) Multi-agent systems and agentic AI architectures Model orchestration across multiple providers Ensure alignment with scalability, security, and compliance standards Technology & Platform Leadership Provide strategic direction across: Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio Microsoft Fabric (data foundation for AI) Multi-model ecosystems (OpenAI, open-source LLMs, etc.) Oversee integration with enterprise platforms, APIs, and data systems Delivery Acceleration Lead and mentor engineering teams to accelerate AI and agentic solution delivery Establish best practices for: AI/ML lifecycle management MLOps / LLMOps / AgentOps Ensure solutions move from POC $B"(B production at scale Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders Lead executive workshops and AI strategy sessions Translate business needs into scalable AI and agentic solutions Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership Required Experience & Skills AI / GenAI / Agentic AI Deep experience in: LLM-based solutions (RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation) Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems Hands-on with Azure OpenAI and enterprise AI platforms Experience with Copilot / autonomous agent frameworks Strong understanding of: Model Context Protocol (MCP) Multi-model orchestration strategies Experience with Responsible AI and governance models Multi-Cloud & Platform Expertise Experience across multiple hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) Ability to design portable and scalable AI architectures across environments Data & Engineering Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric and modern data architectures Experience with data pipelines, lakehouse, semantic models, Azure SQL Cloud & Architecture Proven experience in enterprise cloud architecture design API & microservices integration CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions) Containerization (Docker preferred) Preferred RAG architectures with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search Exposure to Power BI and enterprise analytics integration Familiarity with Purview or enterprise data governance tools Leadership & Soft Skills Executive presence with strong stakeholder management skills Ability to connect strategy with execution Experience leading enterprise AI / digital transformation programs Strong communication and storytelling skills Comfortable working in fast-paced innovation environments.
