Source One Technical Solutions is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support a leading global healthcare and life sciences organization within its commercial MedTech business.

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys working at the intersection of sales operations, business analytics, commercial reporting, training coordination, and process improvement. You will play a critical role in supporting leadership visibility, capital equipment deployment tracking, contract reporting, and business performance analytics for a fast-growing medical technology organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track contract closures, renewals, installations, and capital equipment deployments

• Maintain business-critical trackers, fleet databases, and commercial reporting tools

• Develop monthly leadership reports and sales performance communications

• Support commercial forecasting and deployment visibility initiatives

• Coordinate training events, calendars, and leadership communications

• Partner with sales, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams

• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and dashboard development

Ideal Background:

? Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, or Analytics experience

? Strong Excel and reporting skills

? Experience maintaining large datasets and tracking systems

? Excellent organizational and communication abilities

? Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities

? Experience with dashboards, automation tools, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is highly desirable
