Compensation: $130,000–$250,000

A nationally recognized, full-service law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This role is ideal for an attorney experienced in complex business disputes who thrives in a high-level, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, shareholder actions, business torts, and trade secret matters
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including discovery, motions, negotiations, and trial preparation
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations
• Provide strategic counsel and risk analysis
• Collaborate across practice groups

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission
• 3–10+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently
