Entry Level Marketing Project Specialist

Contract opening with our client for an Entry-Level Marketing Project Specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn the ins and outs of marketing operations.

This hybrid role requires being in the office Tuesday through Thursday each week.

Essential Functions

• Help manage and track marketing projects (direct mail, email, digital, social, brand, and grassroots marketing).
• Keep project timelines organized and communicate updates to the team.
• Support the Marketing Operations Manager by ensuring tasks are approved and ready to move from planning to production.
• Assist with reporting and tracking project progress, addressing changes in schedules or deliverables.
• Capture and follow up on stakeholder feedback in a timely manner.
• Use project management tools to build and maintain project workflows.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and help prepare agendas and follow-up notes.

Requirements and Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Workfront, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive, customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow in marketing and project management.
