Responsibilities for a Activities Assistant with Phoebe Berks:

Assists with the development, implementation and presentation of the activities calendar utilizing daily activities, special events, and off-campus trips/activities to promote the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

Requirements for a Activities Assistant with Phoebe Berks:

1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
2. High School diploma or equivalent
3. Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; knowledge of the social, psychological and recreational needs and abilities of older adults.
4. Proficiency in planning and organizing activities geared to the needs and abilities of the residents.
