Operate specialized equipment, complete pipe connections and system tests, restore job sites, and follow safety requirements while protecting customer property. Install, repair, and replace residential sewer laterals and water service lines. Excavate and prepare underground piping for repair or replacement using trench and trenchless methods. Operate excavation, compaction, cutting, pumping, and trenchless equipment safely. Set grades, connect pipes, test completed systems, and confirm proper operation. Backfill and restore work areas while protecting customer property and maintaining clean jobsites. Follow trench safety and utility-marking requirements, maintain tools and equipment, and communicate job progress and field conditions.
