Summary: Provide oversight to field accounting for construction projects. Support employees on temporary construction assignments and contract personnel used as field accountants. Collaborate with company partners to resolve unique and sophisticated problems. Responsibilities: Coordinate field construction accounting and some materials management activities for all construction projects. Support and evaluate construction accountants and material specialists. Track invoicing on 3rd party personnel. Administer temporary construction offices and office equipment. Generate project reporting. Collaborate with business partners on project materials receipts and generate reconciliations. Perform construction project closeouts. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management, or General Studies. Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in administrative, accounting, invoicing. Required Skills: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills. Significant construction accounting expertise. Knowledge of accounting systems, Oracle, Powerplant, Procore. Preferred Skills: A minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience in administrative, accounting, invoicing. read more
