KinderCare is seeking a Senior Teacher for its West Lake learning center to guide children’s growth in a safe, welcoming classroom. You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences, observe and document children’s progress, and adapt activities to support individual needs. As a classroom leader, you’ll model positive guidance, maintain health and safety standards, communicate with families, and collaborate with colleagues on engaging curriculum. You may also support and mentor teaching staff while helping create an inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate classroom activities. Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
