Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, provide treatment, and develop requisite plans of care for outpatient physical therapy patients.
• Communicate with leadership to aid in the development of company best practice.
• Relationship building: focused attention on individual relationships with patients and referral sources.
• Willingness to learn statistical/data tracking software. Able to achieve company productivity requirement.
• Proficient in both hard and soft skills in regard to patient care and case management.

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone who is compassionate and enjoys communicating with others. It's imperative that you feel capable to solve issues in real-time and to help support your leadership and teammates in daily operations of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice in PA
