Role Description

This part-time, on-site Medical Assistant role is based in Paoli, PA. The Medical Assistant will support clinical and administrative tasks, including assisting healthcare professionals, managing patient care, maintaining medical records, and ensuring smooth operations within the medical office. The role requires close interaction with patients to provide an outstanding level of care and contribute to a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting tasks and a strong understanding of Medical Terminology
• Experience in managing Medical Office operations and Medical Records
• Skills in delivering exceptional Patient Care and ensuring patient comfort
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare environment is a plus
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or equivalent) preferred
