The Verland Foundation Inc, a non-profit dedicated to supporting individuals with severe disabilities, seeks a Residential Manager in Healthcare & Medical Services within Community & Social Services. In this on-site role, you will oversee daily operations of a community residence, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care. You will implement individual support plans, coordinate medical and therapeutic services, uphold regulatory compliance, and foster a compassionate, respectful environment that reflects Verland’s culture of dignity and support for all. Oversee daily operations of a residential home for adults with severe disabilities Supervise, train, and schedule Direct Support Professionals Ensure implementation and documentation of individual support plans Maintain compliance with healthcare, safety, and regulatory standards Coordinate medical appointments, therapies, and community activities Support residents with ADLs while promoting dignity and independence Monitor budgets, house supplies, and medication administration Foster a compassionate, respectful home environment aligned with Verland’s mission Residential program management Individual support plan implementation Staff supervision and scheduling Medication administration Behavioral support techniques Documentation and reporting Regulatory and compliance knowledge Basic computer proficiency (EHR, documentation systems) Crisis de-escalation Household budgeting and oversight Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR/First Aid Certification Valid driver’s license with clean record Medication administration certification (where applicable) CPI or other crisis intervention training (preferred) Experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities (preferred)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
