Creditors' Rights Paralegal

We are seeking a Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join their Creditors' Rights Litigation team.
This role supports complex litigation in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong focus on case management, research, and client service.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of creditors' rights litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and summary judgments
• Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines ensuring accurate and organized documentation
• Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and case precedents
• Prepare trial materials including binders, witness lists, and exhibits
• Act as liaison between attorneys, clients, courts, and internal departments for case coordination

• Paralegal certification or degree preferred
• 3+ years of law firm experience; exposure to debt collection, foreclosure, or tax collection is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
