Job Skills / Requirements

Security Field Supervisor – All Shifts Available

Location: Jenkintown, PA

Pay: $19 Per Hour

We are hiring Unarmed Security Field Supervisors for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This is a driving position and candidates must have prior Security Supervisor experience, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass an MVR check. Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site checks and inspections
• Serve as client liaison and support field operations
• Supervise and support security officers in the field
• Handle scheduling, call-offs, and staffing coverage
• Complete incident reports and daily documentation
• Train and coach security personnel
• Respond to operational issues and emergencies as needed

Requirements:

• Security Supervisor experience required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred

Additional Information:

• Must be flexible with schedule changes and overtime
• Some local travel may be required
