Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals
Manage daily sales operations, including desking deals, customer follow "' up, and process compliance
Ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery
Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results
Maintain strong product knowledge across all CDJR models and competitive brands
Collaborate with the General Manager on inventory, marketing, and sales initiatives
Uphold dealership standards for professionalism, ethics, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements:
Previous Automotive Sales Manager or Sales Desk Manager experience required
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
Strong communication, coaching, and conflict "' resolution skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse sales staff
Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
