The Process Automation Development Leader will lead all development and testing efforts for all Process Automation projects within the Enterprise Data and Process Services organization. This individual will also be responsible for managing the development pods, lead designs of automated solutions in accordance with leading practices & design principles and will manager projects within agreed upon time, cost and quality parameters.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Defines Process Automation development methodology and testing practices/standards
  • Defines the Process Automation learning path for configuration analysts
  • Manages shared Process Automation development teams
  • Responsible for assignment and delegation of shared Process Automation teams to prioritized automation candidates
  • Participates in design authority review sessions
  • Participates in the automation candidate evaluation and prioritization process
  • Serves in Process Automation leadership team to provide technical guidance with formulating long-range development plans


  • 5+ years of experience coordinating and leading multiple development and testing teams
  • A minimum of 6 months hands on experience programming automation software
  • Experience leading standard SDLC processes and change control disciplines
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Possesses strong communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Knowledge of business process re-engineering 


  • 10+ years of industry and development experience
  • Formal training in Process Automation software
  • Experience providing production level support 

Education and Certification:

  • Bachelor’s required, Computer Science and/or MIS or relevant field, Master’s preferred
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other Process Improvement certifications
  • Certifications in any Robotics Process Automation tools 


Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week:  40 Hours

Work Schedule:  Monday through Friday
