Finance Manager, Datacenter

In this role you will own NA Data Center P&L forecasting and partner with Finance and business leads to drive performance. You will serve as the embedded finance lead for hyperscale customers, shaping revenue, margin, and pricing outlooks. You'll advance IBP processes, develop scenario analyses, and build strategic financial models to evaluate growth opportunities. You will translate results into compelling executive narratives and lead cross-functional collaboration to drive financial performance and transformation.

• Own the North America Data Center P&L forecast cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual) with the Finance Director
• Serve as embedded finance lead for hyperscale customers, managing revenue, margin, and pricing outlooks
• Drive IBP process improvements and analyze unconstrained/constrained demand outputs
• Develop scenario analyses for strategic options and present to BU leadership and Commercial Review Team
• Build and maintain strategic financial models for market expansion, product innovation, and operational excellence
• Lead monthly reviews and deliver executive-level presentations on performance and initiatives
• Implement early-warning systems for performance gaps and supervise NA P&L close with Products Accounting and Operations Finance
• Build relationships with division finance leadership through ongoing collaboration
• Partner with Product Line Management on pricing strategies and commercial terms
• Lead capacity planning with Operations teams and develop portfolio optimization frameworks
• Design post-investment review processes to capture organizational learning
• Lead cross-functional project teams on strategic initiatives and provide financial acumen training
• Champion digital transformation to enhance analytics capabilities
• Act as backup to Finance Director in executive forums

• 4-8 years of progressive finance experience with acceleration
• Experience in strategic/commercial finance, FP&A, or Operations Finance
• Experience supporting customer or key account P&Ls, including pricing and terms (preferred)
• Evidence of rapid career progression and expanding responsibilities
• Experience with IBP or S&OP processes (highly desirable)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• MBA preferred or commitment to complete within role
• CPA or CFA valued
• Strong modeling, executive storytelling, and business judgment
