Project Controls Senior Engineer - Administrative/Business (PC100)

As a Project Controls Senior Engineer at ProSidian, you support SRR project teams on the Savannah River Site, driving planning, scheduling, and cost control to enable informed decision-making. You'll develop and monitor schedules, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track. This role partners with Environmental Management clients and SRR to apply standardized project controls processes. It's a hands-on position at the intersection of engineering, procurement, and construction in a critical energy/defense context.

• Provide project controls services on SRR project teams
• Develop, analyze, implement, and maintain project controls measures for scheduling, cost, and trend engineering
• Prepare schedules and performance monitoring/status reports with variance analyses
• Identify deviations in work execution and propose solutions to management to mitigate cost/schedule/estimation issues
• Support RFQ191584 project controls requirements and SRR processes/procedures

• Fifteen (15) years of project controls experience in an engineering/procurement/construction field
• DOE 413 and Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge
• Proficiency in Primavera (PM), Excel, Word; advanced with Excel/Access/Outlook/PowerPoint; proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, Visio
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication
• Ability to interface with field personnel and systems; U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain security clearance up to Top Secret or DOE Q
