Provide security and general assistance across a senior living campus. Conduct hourly patrols, respond to emergency calls, control building access, greet and direct visitors, escort residents or employees after dark, monitor exterior lighting, handle trash removal, and complete maintenance work orders as needed. Maintain confidentiality and follow fire and safety procedures. Conduct hourly security checks of buildings, home lots and campus streets, and log unusual activity. Respond to emergency calls and direct emergency personnel to the location. Lock and unlock buildings, monitor the front gate, and screen visitors. Escort residents and employees to parking areas after sundown when requested. Implement the lighting program and report or address exterior lighting and gate problems. Collect and transport campus trash and complete maintenance work orders as needed.
