  Job Summary
  Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
  Responsibilities
  
  
  
  • Perform pediatric echocardiograms with proficiency and accuracy.
    
  • Manage daily caseload of 4-10 patients effectively.
    
  • Collaborate with colleagues to adjust shift start times between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM.
    
  • Work across multiple facilities within the Charleston area as needed.
    
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for comprehensive patient care.
    
  • Ensure compliance with all facility policies and professional standards.
    Qualifications
    
    
    
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pediatric Echo Tech.
      
    • Registered Pediatric Sonographer (ARDMS) with PE certification or CCI with RCCS certification at start.
      
    • Proficient in handling complex congenital heart defects and pediatric echocardiograms.
      
    • Experience using GE (Vivid 95) equipment and PACS system preferred.
      
    • BLS certification is required.
      
    • Ability to work in emergency response teams during peak hurricane months if needed.
