Lead fitness and wellness programming for senior living residents, tailoring classes and exercise routines to participants’ health, mobility, and ability levels. Monitor safety and progress, maintain attendance records, coordinate wellness activities, and communicate resident concerns to appropriate staff. Implement campus exercise, wellness, and senior health standards and procedures. Design and lead fitness classes tailored to residents’ health and mobility levels. Ensure participant safety and appropriate progression during classes. Track attendance and resident progress, and report data to the Wellness Director. Coordinate wellness opportunities with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Educate participants about infection prevention and safety, and report changes in resident condition or behavior.
