Junior-Level Business Analyst

In this role you will help design, develop and implement IT solutions for diverse clients within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will translate business needs into executable work for cross-functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies. You'll support end users, perform in-depth analysis, and help drive system changes through SDLC processes. • Support end users with guidance and issue resolutions
• Perform in-depth analysis of client industry, objectives and needs
• Follow Change Request/SDLC processes for new functionality and resolutions
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials and user guides
• Develop test plans, traceability matrices, test scenarios and test cases
• Conduct system testing to ensure design adherence, usability and business fit
• Demonstrate technical capabilities across multiple work streams
• Participate in team problem solving and contribute ideas
• Translate business requirements into executable work for cross-functional teams
• Attend and participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinements, Sprint Retrospectives, PI Planning)

• Interim Secret clearance required to start onsite; Secret clearance throughout project
• US citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree (or Master's) in relevant fields
• 3+ years of relevant experience (business analysis, software or client support)
• Experience with CGI Momentum ERP
• 2+ years of experience with SQL, Python, Java, HTML or CSS
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Ability to mentor junior members and lead learning of business processes
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of agile methods and SDLC processes
