Helps

• Determines, processes, and follows-up on a wide variety of complicated pay actions in one or more specialty areas which require carrying out numerous different and unrelated procedures.
• Researches, audits, and makes pay adjustments involving a variety of complicated pay problems.
• Manages, resolves, and processes a wide range of complicated debt collection cases which typically require extensive research, review, and application of prior year laws, regulations, GAO decisions, and audit of several months to many years of pay history.
• Performs miscellaneous technical tasks in support of military pay actions.
• Provides customer service in person or by telephone, and completes correspondence related to military pay.
