Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer (Enhanced Part-Time) to help protect people and property for diverse clients in the administrative and support services sector. In this role, you will conduct patrols, manage access control, respond to incidents, and provide a strong, professional security presence. You will complete detailed reports, operate security technology, and follow strict firearms and safety protocols. Monitor and secure client premises through regular patrols and access control Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, following established protocols Deter criminal activity through visible presence and professional conduct Conduct bag checks, screenings, and ID verifications as required Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports accurately and on time Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and client contacts when needed Follow all firearms safety protocols and maintain weapon qualifications Enforce site-specific policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service Use security technology such as CCTV, access control systems, and communication devices Participate in ongoing training and drills to maintain readiness and compliance Armed security operations Access control management Patrol procedures Incident response Report writing CCTV and security systems use De-escalation techniques Customer service Radio and incident communication Knowledge of security protocols and post orders Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state-issued security guard license (or ability to obtain) State armed security/permit to carry license where required Clean background check and drug screening Completion of firearms training and qualification CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred Valid driver’s license (site-dependent)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
