LOCATION: On-site in Lebanon, TN

  • Serve as the primary HR partner to site leadership, translating business priorities into practical workforce and people strategies.
  • Build credibility with employees and leaders through a visible, hands-on HR presence across both the office and plant floor.
  • Lead employee relations investigations, provide risk-based guidance, and help leaders navigate complex workforce situations.
  • Use workforce data and business trends to identify challenges, improve manager effectiveness, and drive proactive solutions.
  • Strengthen succession planning, employee development, performance management, and workforce capabilities as the organization evolves.
  • Champion employee engagement, change management, and a performance-driven culture while continuously improving how HR supports the business

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or other fast-paced operational environments
  • Strong employee relations experience, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and workforce risk management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence operational leaders, improve manager effectiveness, and translate business needs into workforce solutions.
  • Experience supporting talent planning, succession planning, employee development, engagement, and organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance; exposure to U.S. and Canadian employment practices, or union environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong preference
