Finance AI Data Strategy Manager

In this role, you will lead AI- and data-driven finance transformation efforts for global clients, shaping strategic direction at the executive level. You'll connect AI, data, and financial operations to unlock revenue growth, cost efficiency, and competitive advantage. You'll guide multi-year roadmaps, stakeholder engagement, and scalable delivery using scaled agile methods. This position offers high impact by embedding responsible AI and building new revenue through AI-first product strategies.

• Shape the Finance AI vision and strategy aligned to business outcomes
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders
• Design end-to-end AI/data strategies covering platforms, data foundations, and operating models
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and funded roadmaps
• Assess AI/data maturity and identify required changes in strategy and organization
• Sequence delivery of data elements and data products using scaled agile
• Embed Responsible AI principles from the start to differentiate the client
• Identify and develop AI-first product strategies and ecosystem partnerships

• 5+ years of AI & Data Strategy experience in enterprise contexts
• 5+ years of Finance AI and Data work with CFO-oriented insight
• 5+ years of value case and ROI model development
• 5+ years of hands-on data management and analysis with strategic impact
• 5+ years of client assessments and requirements gathering
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements
• 5+ years leading end-to-end workstreams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery and cross-region collaboration
• 5+ years working with corporate Finance processes, functions, and systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) (Associate's degree with 6+ years may apply)
