Oracle Finance Senior Consultant

In this role you help clients define cloud strategies and deliver Oracle Cloud Financials implementations that drive value and efficiency. You work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design processes, and support transformation initiatives enabled by Oracle solutions. You'll collaborate across teams to design current and future state processes, prototype solutions, and guide both the project and junior teammates. You will be part of a team enabling organizations to transform finance operations and decision-making through Oracle ERP Cloud.

• Gather requirements and design business processes for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• Perform fit-gap analysis and functional design; assist with configuration, testing, and user training
• Develop current-state and future-state process designs and identify efficiency and controls improvements
• Prepare project deliverables and support workstream execution across phases
• Contribute to internal business development through proposals and pursuit materials
• Coach and support junior team members; share knowledge and collaborate with the team
• Manage multiple priorities and lead workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and project teams

• Functional implementation experience with 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• 3+ years' experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials modules or combinations thereof
• Experience supporting systems strategy, documenting requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and supporting testing and user training
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
