Rooms To Go is seeking a reliable Facilities Cleaner to keep our Seffner retail showroom and support areas spotless, safe, and customer-ready. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you’ll perform daily cleaning of sales floors, restrooms, break rooms, and offices; handle trash removal; restock supplies; and assist with light facility upkeep. You’ll work closely with store and logistics teams to support a welcoming, efficient environment that reflects our brand. This position is ideal for detail-oriented, dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Perform daily cleaning of showroom floors, restrooms, break rooms, and offices Empty trash and recycling and ensure proper disposal Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and restrooms Operate basic cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor machines Monitor, restock, and organize cleaning and restroom supplies Report facility or maintenance issues to management promptly Follow safety and OSHA guidelines for chemical use and equipment handling Support setup, moving, and light cleaning around furniture displays Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to keep customer areas presentable Maintain cleaning logs and complete tasks within scheduled timeframes Commercial cleaning procedures Floor care (sweeping, mopping, buffing) Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Restroom sanitation Trash and recycling handling Basic maintenance support Safety and OSHA awareness Time management Inventory of cleaning supplies Team communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA safety awareness training (preferred) Custodial or janitorial training certificate (preferred) Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment safely5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
