Patient Mix: Primarily adults with some children

Procedures: Bread & Butter, root canals, crown, bridges, Endo

Support Staff: 2 Assistant & Dental Hygienist

EMR: Dentrix Ascend

Requirements: TN License, DEA, & BLS
