Location: Remote (with monthly travel for in-person supervision and clinical meetings)
Salary: $85,000-$90,000 + Bonus Potential

What You'll Do
What You Bring
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
Experience with verbal behavior programming and behavioral assessments
Leadership experience supervising Behavior Technicians or RBTs
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team
