In this entry-level role, you will monitor systems, execute SOPs, collect and analyze process data, and assist in troubleshooting incidents alongside engineers and developers. Monitor and support software-driven production processes and workflows Perform routine equipment and system checks to ensure uptime and performance Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for process changes and deployments Capture, analyze, and document process data for reporting and continuous improvement Assist with troubleshooting and escalating system or quality issues Collaborate with engineers and developers to implement process updates Follow safety, security, and compliance standards in all activities Maintain accurate records of incidents, changes, and maintenance tasks Support testing and validation of new tools or process improvements Participate in training to build technical and process knowledge Process monitoring Equipment setup Basic PLC/HMI interaction Data entry and reporting Quality control testing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Troubleshooting production issues Basic networking/computer literacy Root cause analysis support Safety and compliance procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CompTIA A or similar IT support certification (preferred) Lean/Six Sigma White or Yellow Belt (preferred) ITIL Foundation (a plus)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386 read more
