Consilio seeks a sharp litigator with 5+ years of experience in commercial, business, tort, False Claims Act, and/or healthcare-related litigation. This is a short-term contract engagement where you will support a team of litigators in the Nashville office of an AmLaw 200 law firm.
Typical litigation activities will include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery work, and other essential litigation responsibilities. This is a full-time, remote opportunity on contract working with the client's Nashville office. The duration for this role is short-term (6-8 weeks for the successful candidate).
To join us, you will:
- Have at least 5 years of commercial, business, tort, False Claims Act, and/or healthcare litigation experience gained in a law firm role.
- Strong communication skills, good judgment, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- License to practice law in Tennessee, active and in good standing, is required.
