POSITION TITLE: Security Guard
REPORTS TO: Principal and Security Supervisor
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 11-month position, will begin with the 2026-2027 school year.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent (Law Enforcement/Security Experience preferred).

• Hours = 7:30am-3:30pm Monday - Friday
• Responsible for checking all inside and outside exits at schools daily.
• Typing incident reports
• Circulate around the school premises on a regular basis.
• Will work ball games/events - periodically checking parking lot for any suspicious activity.
• In case of emergency, contact the city or county police and the principal and security supervisor
• Willingness to obtain CDL to drive a bus when needed for security purposes.

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain confidentiality.
2. Attend meetings and training as directed.
3. Present and communicate in a professional manner.
4. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
