Critical Care/ICU/PICU/NICU Physician Assistant

We have an immediate opening for a PA/NP to provide support in the CVICU at UT Health Tyler. Below are the details of the position:

Position: PA/NP CVICU
Facility: UT Health Tyler
Schedule: 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing

Responsibilities:

• Rounding in the ICU
• Pre- and post-cardiac surgery care
• Managing patients coming off of ventilators
• Caring for patients recovering from open heart surgeries, VATS, and lung procedures
• Managing an average of 20-25 patients on the service at any time

Requirements:

• Active TX license
• Board Certified
• BLS & ACLS certification
