Role: Healthcare Specialist

Location:- Waco, TX

Responsibilities:

• Train nurses and caregivers on device usage and support.
• Provide on-site/remote troubleshooting for clinical devices.
• Coordinate telehealth assessments with NPs.
• Assist with patient reviews for stable patients.
• Support RPM device installation, setup, calibration, and connectivity.
• Handle basic hardware/software issues and escalate complex cases.
• Ensure devices are updated and functioning properly.
