Business Development Representative – Keepro
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Austin, TX)
Schedule: Part-Time, 10–15 hours weekly, flexible (Monday–Friday)
Compensation: Initially commission and then $26/hr + 20% Commission or a 5% residual on all talent consulting and recruitment sales after first new B2B sale.

Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated, business-focused professionals to help grow Keepro's presence in the Austin market. In this role, you'll sell Keepro's recruitment and talent consulting services, build relationships with business leaders, and help clients solve their most urgent hiring and staffing challenges. This role is ideal for experienced B2B sales professionals looking for a high-impact, part-time opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and nurture relationships with employers across multiple industries.
- Manage prospecting, outreach, and pipeline within CRM systems.
- Execute strategic consultative sales approaches in collaboration with Keepro leadership and recruiting teams.
- Conduct outbound prospecting across social platforms, completing a minimum of 240 targeted outreach attempts to business owners weekly across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, deliver proposals, and close deals.
- Attend a minimum of 2 in-person networking events per week in your market area, geared specifically toward business owners with employees.
- Attend networking events with the Founder from time to time as schedules align.
- Maintain strong follow-up and ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
- Participate in weekly virtual check-in and strategy meetings with Kejal Shah, Founder of Keepro.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $26 hourly wage (after first B2B client closed) with flexible scheduling Monday–Friday.
- Initial 20% or 5% monthly residual commission on all recruitment and consulting sales you close—no cap.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- 3–5 years of CRM usage experience strongly preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in staffing, HR, workforce solutions, or recruiting preferred.
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and activity levels.
- Must reside in the target market for in-person meetings and networking events.
