Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer/Analyst

This role focuses on developing, extending, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central while also providing functional support to end-users and business stakeholders. The Business Central Developer / Analyst will work closely with the Director of ERP and collaborate with a hybrid team, balancing technical development tasks with functional analysis. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of core business processes and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central through writing AL extensions and customizations to meet business needs.
• Provide functional support to end-users, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions that enhance business processes.
• Build integrations between Business Central and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Solve complex system problems by leveraging deep technical expertise in Business Central and related technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 4–5+ years of hands-on Business Central development experience, including AL extensions and customizations.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio Code, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps for development and project management.
• Strong working knowledge of Business Central functional areas, particularly sales, purchasing, assembly orders, and purchase orders.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay business processes and their implications on system design.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, write technical specifications, and deliver solutions independently.
