Job Summary

The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing data analysis, business analysis, and Agile methodology to drive business objectives and improvements. They will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and implementing Agile strategies for effective project management. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

1. Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

1. Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.

1. Work closely with developers and qa teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.

1. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.

1. Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools such as sql, python, or r.

1. Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.

1. Experience working in agile environments using methodologies like scrum or kanban.

1. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

1. Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams to achieve project goals.

1. Analytical mindset with a detail oriented and problem-solving approach.

1. Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Certifications: Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) are a plus.
