Represent small businesses in three roughly equal ways:

  • TransactionsEntity formations, contracts, agreements and licensing. For example, Secretary of State filings, Drafting LLC docs, Drafting Customer or Employee Contracts, Reviewing Vendor Contracts and Business Sale Agreements.
