I'm working closely with an Elite Litigation Boutique actively seeking a Junior Complex Commercial Litigation Associate (2+ YOE) to join its team in Austin.

OVERVIEW

• Compensation$225,000 - $265,000 base + $50-$75K bonuses (paid quarterly regardless of billables)
  
• Experience2+ YOE (WILL ALSO ACCEPT CANDIDATES DIRECTLY OUT OF A FEDERAL CLERKSHIP)
  
• PracticeComplex Commercial Litigation (complex business disputes, breach of contract, fraud, etc.)
  
• Billables1800 (expectation, not a requirement. associates regularly bill in the 1700s and are still doing great and receive huge bonuses).

This is not volume litigation. Think industry-agnostic, high-stakes business disputes where you're getting real reps that matter. You'll work closely with senior partners in a lean, trial-focused environment and build true litigation instincts early. Trial-adjacent experience (prep, strategy, filings) is highly valued.
